Go-Cartes retains the sole right to determine whether an item may be returned, exchanged or order cancelled. Go-Cartes encourages customers to use care when placing an order, as once placed the order can not be cancelled, nor the item returned or exchanged unless Go-Cartes expressly consents.
In order to obtain a refund or exchange, prior approval must be given by Go-Cartes. Please email email@example.com to start communication. Go-Carte’s office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, EST.
Generally, Go-Cartes will consider returns within 7 business days of purchase. Refunds are for the cost of product only; shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Due to their product nature, Go-Cartes can not accept returns of custom units, and at Go-Carte’s sole discretion, Go-Cartes may impose a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee on items returned.
Shipping and Delivery
All items purchased from Go-Cartes are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Go-Cartes is not responsible or liable for any damage arising from shipment.
Delivery to Canada and United States of America (continental) is usually done within 3 to 30 days from purchase and within 30 to 60 days after manufacturing for custom carts and kiosks.
